News and updates

News
Well a short update since I have not updated the main page in a few months. I will try to add more pictures soon, but first I will need to make some space to upload more pictures to the site.

I attended the NRCTPA Worlds 2004 event in October. I took quite a few pictures in between running my trucks and talking with people. I'll update some gallery's later on with my Race clod and the Puller truck I built for this event.

4/14/05 I added a new gallery today under Juggernaut. One of my recent projects has been a crawler based on my Juggernaut truck. And today was its first major test run. The new gallery is pretty big, every picture I took today is in there. Along with a few from a couple days ago when I tested the truck on a logpile in the backyard.

My lineup of trucks has changed quite a bit as well since I redesigned my site. So some time hopefully in April I will redo the upper menu to include my other trucks. A few months back I took my stock TLT and up sized it to a 1/10th scale truck. I'll be tossing the random buildup pictures in the projects gallery. My Juggernaut is now a pretty extreme crawler, I am hoping to finish some parts up on it this weekend and take it on its first test crawl. I will also get some pictures of it outside instead of just on the workbench.

My current list of trucks:

  • Tamiya bruiser - Runner
  • Tamiya Bruiser - Shelf truck
  • Tamiya Bruiser - Truck puller (Currently in parts and still needs work before pictures will be taken)
  • Stock Clod Buster
  • Modified Clod Buster - Running PRP's Berzerker chassis
  • TLT- Custom chassis stretched to 1/10th scale
  • HPI RS4 pro - Setup as a stadium race truck with Tamiya Pajero tires on it
  • 2wd custom puller
  • Juggernaut comp crawler (Almost finished)
  • TXT-1 (In parts, but will soon be built up just like the Juggernaut is)

I have sold some of my trucks recently, All of my XC trucks are now sold. The CR-V and Isuzu Mu I sold because they were newly built from the box and never run. And I was not going to be the first to run them. I ended up wanted to clear the space on the shelf for trucks I would use instead. I ended up selling my Pajero XB truck with the juggernaut body to someone because they simply made a offer I could not refuse. And right now I would rather focus on TLT's.
